I'm Joanne — a qualified, fully insured dog groomer working one-to-one from my small studio in Herne Bay. Dogs come to me from across East Kent, and local collection & drop-off is available for £5 on nearby postcodes.
I trained to SEG Level 3 because I wanted to learn the welfare side properly: handling, anatomy, skin, coat types, when to stop. Every appointment is just one dog and me — no crates, no queues, no pressure.
